During this time, Dowabari Union, Dimla sadar union of Jaldhaka upazila and VGD training and rice distribution programs in Pangamutukpur union of Domar upazila, Chattayai of Dimla upazila visited the activities of Pratyasha Nari Kalyan Samity of Balapara Grameen Woman Development Society and Jaldhaka upazila. Later, after 5 pm, the district women affairs officer handed over the responsibility. District Inspector General of the District along with Rafia Begum was present in these inspections.

According to Arjina, she is the daughter of Jamal Uddin and Amena Begum couple of small farmer's family in Roth Bazar village of Jaldhaka upazila. Nilphamari Government College under the National University has achieved this year's bachelor's degree. Since 2004, she took part in various awareness programs on health, education and child rights in her area since her feelings. In recognition of the work, he joined the conference organized by the Oslo Freedom Foundation in May 2013, in the Nobel Prize awarded country Norway. In recognition of women and children education, the union parishad has achieved the recognition of various organizations. Plan International Bangladesh and Uyangankur Seva Sangha are cooperating for these tasks.
